Size Matters
The most common question that is asked is: “What size kennel would best fit my dog?”
Small, medium, large, extra large or custom built! We will ensure your addition to your family has a house that is fit for a king or queen. All dogs come in different breeds and sizes so there is no exact measurements, however we can offer a general guide only. The kennel you choose should be big enough for your pet to stand up, lie down and turn around. The general rule is the kennel should be 1 – 1.5 times the length of your dog (not including the tail). If you live in a warm environment a kennel a little larger for ventilation would be comfortable. If you live in a cooler climate a more snug kennel would perhaps be better. If you are purchasing your kennel for a puppy it is best to refer to how big it’s parents are, this will give you a good indication of how big your puppy will grow.
